To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

灣仔工作不用上山下海, 但是就綑人時間。今次是下午會議, 是能預期的長篇, 所以預早點到灣仔, 找些東西填填肚, 然後作戰。在交加街一看, 最後選擇這裡。看看餐牌不是什麼, 但入內原來個個熟客。店內服務員幾乎能叫出所有人的名字來, 當然除了我!我以一個生面口之勢點上一個潮式扎肉肉碎湯飯。本來想跟例湯, 但發覺湯飯已有湯, 湯湯重疊, 所以改熱檸茶。不久上桌, 一個家庭式味道湯底加上潮式南薑, 冬菜及炸蒜, 一口潮式湯粉味。加上湯飯及生菜, 扎肉同樣結實有彈性。可是肉碎太散, 反而欠質感。一個午餐, HK$43, 在灣仔地區不為過。街坊感覺也夠, 亦看到不少人要了一大碗明火例湯, 相信家庭味也足。
