平時去開九龍城都係食泰國菜比較多,今次就專程試下意大利菜。餐廳《Pavia》位於鼓嶺道,餐廳設計用左可愛嘅繪畫,令人入到去都感覺到好溫暖。紐西蘭活青口每一隻青口都比平時出邊識到嘅更加大隻,最特別嘅係用咗活青口,咁樣口感就自然會鮮甜豐富。用左白酒去煮,有淡淡的酒香味。蜆肉意粉用左蒜片去爆香又煮,再加入蜆肉、香草同埋紅椒,好惹味呀。西班牙黑毛豬黑毛豬豬肉味會比較濃,同埋油脂味比較重。加上秘製醬汁,酸酸甜甜好開胃解膩。
