秉承傳港式茶記既精神,由西餐据扒到日本、台灣茶、雲南米線都應有盡有,不過今晚晚餐就想試下佢比較有特色小菜軟殼蟹菠蘿包絕對係港式fusion菜的代表,我亦都第一次見,所以忍唔住叫黎試下,同時真係無失望,熱辣辣的波羅包皮,包住大大隻的軟殼蟹,而且炸得幾好又唔油,底仲有大蕃茄同沙律醬,所有的配合,出奇地夾,甜甜地加上蟹味,又有蕃茄沙律去油感,真心推薦。士多啤梨骨港式菜之一,唔係到到都有得食,味道比生炒骨甜多一點少一點酸,但都係相當好送飯,而且肉排好冧,依方面真係要讚。霸王雞簡單嚟講就係蔥油白切雞,唔難整但這間整得相當嫩滑,滑到接近海南雞既感覺,雖然雞件唔算好多,但全部大大件啖啖肉,依個先係霸王級。

軟殼蟹菠蘿包

士多啤梨骨
港式菜之一,唔係到到都有得食,味道比生炒骨甜多一點少一點酸,但都係相當好送飯,而且肉排好冧,依方面真係要讚。

簡單嚟講就係蔥油白切雞,唔難整但這間整得相當嫩滑,滑到接近海南雞既感覺,雖然雞件唔算好多,但全部大大件啖啖肉,依個先係霸王級。
