To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

買，買，買，累過上班去。P小姐要買時裝，S小姐要買化裝品，O小姐要買玩具，加上我的廚具用品......破産啦，她們還説肚餓呢，幸好自己識做，說要請我吃下午茶。她們為我帶來這份下午茶是連凍檸茶一杯，凍飲需額外加$4。茶餐名字與價錢均不大清楚，應該是售三十多元吧，一隻長碟上盛了三件法包，包身脆而不韌，上面各擺放一坨餡兒，均是餐廳的招牌，它們是蛋沙律，吞拿魚沙律及三文魚沙律，味道温和醇美，全部都帶有蛋黄醬的奶油味，厨師更為每件多士加片菜葉及厚蕃茄片，也怕各式沙律會令食客膩滯。味道 3.5環境 3服務 3衛生 3.5抵食 3.5
