To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我好欣賞IKEA的營商方法，地方大，傢俬選擇多，想得出的家庭用品他都有。還有特別之處就是帶小朋友入店內，如果不想他影響你購物，可安放兒童遊戲室，讓他玩幾十分鐘，給大人有思考空間，玩久了又可走進他們的CAFE，補充體力。今次我選擇了肉丸薯仔 - 這是他們的招牌菜，多年來味道都很穩定，好味。小龍蝦扁意粉 - 小龍蝦有點乾，意粉和汁底都OK。意式茄醬藍青口 - 細隻味淡，但一碟有10隻而價錢是$19，那還有甚麼要求呢？有機菠菜班戟 - 簡單味清。野菌雞卷配洋蔥汁 - 野菌雞卷味道唔錯，食下去有肉汁，只可惜配菜紅蘿白和西蘭花是雪藏，重雪味，我個人就食不下。
