To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友剛剛從美國回港，難得約到一面相見。卻碰上10.1這個金critical moment. 未試過係一個商場，未到3點就好多食肆都關上幸好，都可以行過去樂富搵到間茶木食個tea今次叫左2杯黑糖珍珠奶茶同埋柚子蛋糕。起初以為柚子蛋糕會好甜，點知食落去微酸的柚子外層配上內層的蛋糕，真係甜而不膩呀。另外，黑糖珍珠奶茶都好有驚喜。朋友一直以為杯野飲會好甜，但飲落去覺得幾好。唔會太甜，仲有淡淡既鮮奶味添呀～整體黎講，茶木既甜品tea set值得一食😋
