朋友介紹呢一間海鮮加工,終於試咗感覺唔錯,唔該除咗啲海鮮樣樣都整得好之外,佢自家出品嘅乳鴿好掂好好食。啲乳鴿都算大隻而且炸得皮脆肉嫩,一咬開中保留咗乳鴿嘅肉汁。另外再叫咗碟椒絲腐乳通菜,呢個就正常發揮水準啦。咁多樣海鮮之中加工得最正嘅係呢個蒜蓉粉絲蒸開邊九節蝦,佢啲蒜蓉粉絲蔥花真係正有冇朋友,吸曬啲九節蝦嘅香味,要嚟送飯一流。椒鹽鮮魷都做得唔錯,啲金蒜炒得好香好惹味。豉椒花甲個汁都唔錯。大斑兩味都好食,炒球同炆班頭腩都做得唔錯,最欣賞去斑頭腩唔會好咸。最後仲有一個雜魚豆腐湯,滾得好甜好好味。
