To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係新冠肺炎祈福間每日煮三餐已經三個半月接近四個月了,所以決定今個星期買外賣食休息下,今日試吓時代冰室其他菜式👇1. 楊州炒飯,$56,我鍾意佢有啲翠玉瓜粒粒,仲有火腿絲雞蛋絲和蝦仁、小小叉燒,雖然蝦仁係用急凍處理過的點樣煮都會好彈口的蝦仁,但係材料組合很好,炒飯炒得好靚,粒粒分明,煮飯用的米質素也不差。每人分了一半都有¾個飯碗。跟埋嗰個麗湯好好飲,撇去肥油,只有半碗。凍檸茶少甜好飲,好過大快活及大家樂的。2. 瑞士汁雞中翼(有兩隻),$28,講到味道都OK,但係當然唔及太平館,而且有啲過稔,顏色也偏暗啞。
