To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次我就帶大家去食個重口味攻擊！先話你知呢間店嘅生牛河，真係夠晒嘢分🥩！牛肉嘅滑度就似嬌嫩初戀嘅輕撫，融化係口邊，唔使多解釋，食咗絕對回味無窮！湯底呀，正宗得滯，味道鮮美到不得了，完全冇味精後味，飲一啖已經覺得人間值得。越式春卷撈檬呢，干身干骨嘅春卷外皮脆卜卜，檬檬就爽滑得嚟有啲QQ嘅口感，真係開胃到不得了😋！甜品方面，青檸蜜就清新得來，唔係太甜膩，仲有種淡淡嘅果香，飯後飲一杯，簡直完美。至於越南咖啡，今次可能手法有啲失準，花奶略嫌重手，不過咖啡本身嘅香氣仍然撲鼻而來，愛咖啡嘅朋友唔好錯過喇！大家下次想搵啲啱口又平民嘅好茶，記住留意我新介紹嘅呢間店㗎喇👍！咁好味，仲唔快啲黎一試？
