To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近排天氣咁熱,就當然要飲番杯手搖飲品消消暑。飯後經過見到店面十分特別,季節限定是我最愛的桃味飲品,就一定要試試。店面設計係亞熱帶風格,周圍有很多綠植十分舒適,假期夜晚到不太多人,只有2-3人在等候。蓋茶可以選擇桂花鳥龍或者茉莉綠茶為茶底,我揀咗烏龍茶底,等咗10分鐘左右就有期間限定嘅桃桃優格蓋茶顏色係淺卡其色為桃肉色。店舖建議不使用飲筒,直接斜飲可將優格和茶一併飲。茶底夾雜着鮮桃肉很香甜,加上優格令到口感綿密更多層次最特別是店舖更可代客保管印花卡,下次嚟就唔怕唔記得帶
