To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次嚟嘉麟樓食晚飯, 古色古香嘅中國裝修, 令人好舒服, 殷勤親切嘅服務亦都令人有賓至如歸嘅感覺。今晚試咗個麟饌嚐味菜譜套餐 ,等起菜嘅時候,我留意到佢個筷子托都好靚,一帆風順筷子托😂個餐前小食合桃好鬆化,甜味都啱啱好 。個餐入面有三道菜係會配杯茶,唔同嘅茶亦都用唔同嘅茶具,第一杯茶係冷泡烏龍,用香檳杯上 🥰真係有心思。其餘兩款熱茶, 服務員泡茶嘅時候,先會同你講解呢個係什麼產地茶葉啦,席前沖泡後直接奉茶。今晚全晚都食得好開心,餸菜既有特式,亦都好味,再加上服務週到,所以埋單就2仟幾
