因為假期同家人去郊區行下,所以之後去咗西貢King & Queen冰室食晚飯。 呢度 上午同中午就係做西式餐品,夜晚就做中式餐品, 我哋點咗杏汁白肺湯、枝竹炆鵝乸、鴛鴦炒飯、椒鹽鮮魷、三色咕嚕肉、瑤柱扒豆苗。 個杏汁白肺湯好有杏仁味而且材料十足,飲完都覺得喉嚨好滋潤,而且入面啲津白好好味。 支竹炆鵝乸味道濃郁,有南乳味而且炆得好冧,支竹、冬菇好入味,啲鵝肉好滑, 店長話用鵝乸煮啲肉係比較嫩,市面上好少機會食到。 椒鹽鮮魷超香脆,而且一咬落去啲魷魚超新鮮,有啲魷魚汁流出嚟,店長話椒鹽鮮有係佢哋招牌菜之一,因為啲魷魚係每日新鮮攞返嚟。 三色咕嚕肉就係咕嚕肉另配三種醬料上, 嗰三種配料分別係甜酸醬、泰國辣醬、同埋用新鮮生果蓉打出嚟嘅生果醬,你鍾意邊隻味就自己點嗰隻味嚟食,都幾特別。 鴛鴦炒飯同瑤柱扒豆苗就一貫水準,但份量就比較大,個鳶鴦炒飯計埋都有成六碗飯,絕對抵食!
