與親友新年期間相約到京花朝食京滬菜,餐廳佈置古色古香。涼拌海蜇皮好爽口,加上芝蔴香,是道簡單美味的涼菜。餐廳經理先把北京烤鴨(半隻)送來給我們看看「原狀」,然後再讓師傅片皮。每層荷葉餅也以一層紙相隔,以免餅皮黏作一團,處理見心思。鴨皮甘香誘人,與鴨肉中間沒太多肥膏,符合現今食客要美味又要健康的要求。四季豆脆身不膩、炒肉燥微辣,很快就被大家吃光。各人也很讚賞砂鍋雲吞雞,雲吞皮薄饀鮮、黃芽白細嫩、奶白雞湯好清甜。水煮魚片香辛惹味,魚片如預期般嫩滑,鍋底還有紅薯粉,掛汁力不俗。
