To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年宵已過,農曆新年正式結束,但仍餘波未了,仍有親戚未見,唯有等待周日,等大家都有空閒的時候,才在酒樓一敘。團拜地點選在荷李活廣場內的這間「聘珍樓」。聽住在附近的親戚說,前次農曆年初五來到,要等兩個小時才有空位,想不到這次我們一行接近十人,竟然不需十分鐘便可入內,都算好運。一大班人,當然叫得滿枱都是點心,「蝦餃」、「牛肉」、「鳳爪」、「排骨」、「腸粉」、「鹹水角」等固然走不掉,就連較少吃到的「錦鹵雲吞」、「雞包仔」、「椒鹽九肚魚」等也有叫到,各款點心的價錢雖然偏貴,特別是廚部和味部的出品,即使簡單如「白灼菜心」,也要劃一價收$60一碟,但點心整體水準不俗,特別是以下幾款點心小食,更是必吃之選。「脆皮燒肉」水準甚高,雖然未能完全做到五層樓,脆皮、肥肉、瘦肉層層相間的效果,已算是水準之作,值得一試 。「椒鹽九肚魚」新鮮熱辣上桌,味道適中,不會過鹹或不夠味,外脆內軟的九肚魚,甚為好吃 。「荔甫芋角」同樣熱辣得很,入口鬆化,味道也好,同樣出色 。上綠下白的「奇異果石榴凍糕」雖然沒有前面三款點心小吃那麼好味道,但結合奇異果與石榴兩樣水果的味道製成的凍糕,單聽名字已令人感到好奇和吸引,吃來雖然

上綠下白的「奇異果石榴凍糕」雖然沒有前面三款點心小吃那麼好味道,但結合奇異果與石榴兩樣水果的味道製成的凍糕,單聽名字已令人感到好奇和吸引,吃來雖然味道只是中規中矩,而且石榴味重而奇異果味輕,也不失為喜嚐新款創意點心人士的好選擇。

埋單計數,我們完全沒叫粥粉麵飯等飽肚之物,只是叫來多款點心小食,一千元拿出來,找回的只得十元八塊,,平均每人都要接近一百元,以這區這檔次的酒樓來說,我覺得價錢是偏貴的,雖然這天有親戚付鈔,不用我這個晚輩找數,但平心而論,這餐茶的確並不便宜,性價比並不高呢!
