日本餐廳食得多,喺海邊嘅就真係少,仲要$600幾落到樓嘅,就直頭冇!今晚就去試吓親民價海邊omakase呢度連水都好特別,係來自日本世界自然遺產白神山地出產嘅礦泉水,又真係幾吸引兩個人分別叫咗「海」 ($600)及「雲」 ($800)前菜一打開木盒,就有煙燻效果,分別有三款前菜京都豆乳,用白神山水造嘅豆腐,中層有牛油果,上面有小紅莓醬+水雲麻醬+京都銀杏京都豆腐香滑;銀杏鹹鹹哋好特別刺身有金目鯛及深海池魚皇,切得好厚。最特別嘅係有自家製嘅透明醬油,可以令食物保持原貌唔會走樣北海道海膽鰻魚蒸蛋茶碗蒸上面有海膽,入面仲要有鰻魚?!啲蛋好滑溜又夠香~甲羅燒配多士呢個甲羅燒一啲都唔鹹,多蟹肉仲要有好有口感,食完都唔會覺得好膩煮物有京都南瓜煮鯖魚,鯖魚味道濃郁,零腥味BB喜之次好有心機嘅一道菜,我哋一坐低後大廚即刻預備燒魚,為咗避免魚鰭位置燒燶,所以塗上海鹽,食嗰陣要撥走啲鹽先冇咁鹹。但魚肉滑溜, 燒得啱啱好,魚皮香脆,非常好味壽司由淡至濃咁食,分別係帶子、拖羅及魚籽基本上所有食材包括麵豉湯入面嘅昆布都係來自兵庫縣甜品酒浸白桃配自家製Vanilla雪糕,完美的一餐~好多時同細食嘅女仔一齊食oma

酒浸白桃配自家製Vanilla雪糕,完美的一餐~
好多時同細食嘅女仔一齊食omakase,佢哋都未必食得晒成個餐,但呢個就啱啱好嘞,價錢比起外面嗰啲平一截之外,對一個唔大食嘅女仔嚟講份量就啱啱好嘞!而且環境及服務都一流,仲有2小時免費泊車!
