打邊爐真係唔會厭倦,久唔久有時間想嘆下食飯,都會揀打邊爐飲杯酒。今次再揀616,專食牛!又有啤酒!滿足幾個願望!先揀湯底,揀咗牛雜。今次餐廳主打信州和牛,呢款牛用蘋果做飼養,肉質肥美仲會柔軟啲,產地直送,點三款和牛會送一款五花趾。三款分別有赤身 牛腹肉 牛肩胛的確肉質好嫩,但唔鞋口,三種當中牛肩胛最肥美,油味最重。赤身的肉味最濃。值得一讚,餐廳自家牛肉汁加青檸,同和牛好夾。五花趾,筋肉分明,爽少少似牛𦟌。另外仲點咗滑尾龍,牛駝峰,牛舌。加咗蛋嘅滑尾,有啲似滑牛,爽身彈牙。牛駝峰肉味最濃,有咬口。除咗牛,仲食咗蛋餃,貢丸,加一堆菜。以出街打邊爐嚟講,價錢好親民,飲品16元有交易,不到20元有出前一丁或烏冬。鍾意嘅酒話,仲可以揀手工啤,58至78元有交易。
