To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

就快又到農曆新年🧧，舊年盤菜事件相信都無乜人唔知，順路便過黎基隆食個下午茶支持下佢。其實三十幾四十蚊個下午茶，宜家黎講都真係算平通街，食材來貨都唔平，仲有最低工資各樣。睇睇餐牌，選擇太多一下子唔知食咩好，最後決定要一份炒野同一份沙律餐。🍋熱檸茶&🍼熱奶茶飲品先到，老派茶餐廳風格，透明杯上嘅檸茶😄茶底幾濃，朋友嘅奶茶夠滑，兩杯都夠熱抵讚，近日天氣凍嘛。🍚欖菜肉鬆炒飯朋友話要食飯就叫呢樣，正常嘅炒飯，炒得香口唔油膩，欖菜鹹鹹地真係好啱配飯食😌🍳火腿蛋沙律跟多士自己叫左沙律餐，沙律係港式🍎🍐雜果沙律，而家越來越少餐廳做，功夫多又唔啱口味，個個都話要健康食菜沙律，其實我鍾意雜果沙律多啲😁個沙律有紅蘿蔔、薯仔、青瓜、蘋果同梨等，切都唔少時間，加埋個沙律醬正呀😝煎嘅火腿蛋就無乜特別，唔…仲有塊剛烘起又塗左牛油嘅多士，真係好好味。位就迫啲，裝修都睇得出有一段日子，意外地啲伙計幾好禮貌，支持下良心店啦👍
