今日約了舊同事聚下舊,有一位識飲識食的同事,強力推介去太子食蒸氣粥底火鍋,我心諗每區都有蒸氣火鍋啦,就即管去試下龍與鳳。到步後見到門面裝修好似一間海鮮店,有大大的魚缸,養咗好多唔同類型的海鮮,全部都非常生猛,再入店內,裝修得有濃厚香港漁港情懷特色的佈置,有卡位也有圓枱,地方乾淨整潔。坐下來後看看餐牌,有不同的套餐,各有特色,同事推介食$298一位的「是日廚師精選套餐」,如果星期一至四仲免收加一茶介😍免小食,他說性價比極高。每位包八款時令海鮮、二款刺身、四款時蔬、一款主食,餐廳每日會更新他們的 Facebook 專頁,提供是日的時令海鮮有邊幾款,會因應當日最新鮮的品種而定當日的餐單,聽到都覺得好吸引。先講飲品的選擇,酒精類有多款啤酒、梅酒、清酒、日本酒、紅酒、白酒等。而非酒精類,意大利有氣鮮果汁、鴻福堂樽裝飲品、汽水、梳打水、蒸餾水等。點餐後唔洗點等已經好快上刺身拼盤,賣相一流,擺盆精美,有北寄貝,又厚又大片,入口彈牙好鮮味。帶子刺身,入口軟熟鮮甜。而再吸睛的是超大海膽,比手指公還要大的size,放在青瓜面上同吃,入口有濃烈的膏香,入口即溶,而那份海膽的膏香味,在口內久久不散,回味無窮。
