To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

❣️日式小店初見在荃灣而家都有分店啦！屬於街坊小店，親民價錢。餐廳檯凳寬敞，坐得都幾舒服。餐牌食物種類繁多，有招牌石板烤肉🍖、鍋物，仲有壽司🍣、拉麵🍜、炸物等。8點後仲有88折！真係好抵食。🌟 初見香草吉列牛（配白飯）$138必點菜式🤤石板燒既好處可以根據自己的喜好燒幾成熟。周邊是吉列脆脆，咬落有口感，而且仲有香草味🌿。套餐搭配珍珠米流心蛋。🌟 安格斯牛肉鍋(味噌湯配白飯）$88可選擇多/少飯🍚。牛肉肥瘦剛好，不過太肥。部位選擇得好適合打邊爐🍲。味增醬汁十分出色，大豆味濃又不會過鹹。雜菜份量啱曬我呢d細食的女孩子，唔會浪費。❣️總括而言，位置舒服，味道不錯，性價比高。無論是石板燒或者鍋物都好適合而家寒冷天氣☺️
