之前經過呢間裝修特別紅噹噹既台灣野已經好想黎食,今晚就約左朋友黎食晚飯。呢度原來性價比幾高,無加一,人均$150,擺到成枱都係,食到超級飽!<鹽酥雞> ($35)食台灣野通常必點鹽酥雞,呢度$35黎講份量都幾大。呢度既鹽酥雞夠曬香口,新鮮炸起熱辣辣,好酥脆,食落係啖啖嫩口雞肉,唔會淨係得個炸皮係度食麵粉。調味係適量既鹽,就算係炸野都唔會好油,香口到令人食到停唔到口!<滷味拼盤> ($32)有豆腐、雞蛋、豬耳朵、雞翼、牛腱,份量都幾多架,兩個人都可以一次過食到咁多野,啱曬想試多啲野既我地。<淡水蝦卷> ($30)呢度係新品,有少少似春卷,炸得好脆口,要點啲甜酸醬。<肉鬆起司蛋餅> ($30)食呢個真係感覺去左台灣夜市間明倫蛋餅!香濃芝士同雞蛋永遠係絕配,加上有咬口既肉鬆,成件事簡直完美!<懷舊魯肉飯(小)>($30)魯肉飯都就算係細碗,都有正常一碗飯咁多,上面既魯肉切得幾大粒,啲魯肉汁幾足料,撈飯一流。<紅燒牛肉麵> ($45)個牛肉湯底好自然,好有牛味,啲麵亦夠滑夠彈牙,個麵跟左四至五塊牛肉

<芋圓仙草豆奶> ($39)
芋圓亦係食台灣野必食。我好驚啲芋圓太硬身要咬好耐先食得到,呢度絕對唔係呢回事。呢度既芋圓夠軟熟,配埋珍珠同埋仙草,色彩繽紛。好多事出面都係落淡奶,呢度選擇用健康啲既豆奶,味道依然夠滑,又唔會好甜,令罪疚感都無咁大。

飲品朋友要左凍冬瓜檸檬,我就揀左熱百香果綠茶。就算係熱飲,份量都好大杯,呢度可以揀甜度,我揀左無糖,所以係甜味只係黎自百香果既情況下,綠茶味幾濃,抵讚!

呢度既侍應同廚師都好多係台灣人。食物質素真係幾高,價錢又唔貴,唔怪得知全晚外賣單不絕,堂食亦要排隊,人少仲要搭枱添。
