秋風起,又到咗適合打邊爐嘅季節,聽聞呢間紅火鮮料火鍋專門店有個百年古方鮮雞煲,又可以一煲兩味,就決定同阿肥上嚟試吓。舖頭喺兆萬中心十七樓,勁方便搵都唔洗搵一定識上嚟。睇完餐牌之後發現佢除咗雞煲之外仲有牛腩煲,原來都幾多選擇不過我哋今日係衝着雞煲而來的另外火鍋配料都有好多全部都任點任食,咁我就唔客氣啦。百年古方鮮雞煲($178蚊),裏面都差唔多有半隻雞嘅份量,啲雞斬咗件之後都啖啖肉,佢介紹話用咗幾十款醬料加香料醃制而成,所以啲雞全部都好入味同埋好滑,我諗如果加咗辣嘅話可能應該會更香,不過阿肥唔食辣嘅就遷就下佢啦。而我最推介嘅火鍋配料就係丸類同埋滑類,全部都係人手打出嚟所以好特別份量亦都好大粒烚完之後好好味,無論蝦丸、墨魚丸、蝦滑抑或花枝丸都好彈牙十分出色,絕對係必點項目。另外最令人驚喜嘅係百花釀油條,係油炸鬼上面釀咗啲彈牙嘅蝦滑上去,雖然烚熟完之後油炸鬼已經唔脆但仍然係美味可口所以忍唔住都叫咗兩次黑柏葉超正淥十秒已經可以拎番上嚟食,超爽口蔬菜亦都好新鮮翠綠色的,烚完之後吸晒啲雞湯味yummy任飲任食之餘雪糕同埋嘢飲汽水都係自己隨便攞,任君選擇,抵食
