今日接女朋友收工嘅時候突然落起大雨,臨急臨忙就入咗呢一間主打泰式粵式菜館食飯。老闆娘好好,見到我哋成身濕晒,就安排闊啲嘅位置俾我哋坐,又比紙巾我哋抹身,小店真係零舍有人情味。餐廳嘅牆身都貼滿餐牌同野食參考圖,選擇好多令我哋無從入手,只好請教老闆娘有咩菜式好推介先來一客泰式無骨鳳爪作前菜,份量好大碟,酸酸甜甜越食越開胃然後當然唔少得嘅有烤串燒,我哋就點左牛舌、豬頸肉、金菇肥牛等等,味道調校得啱啱好,食得出材料都十分之新鮮,而且又係即叫即燒,香口得黎唔會太乾身,好食過九龍城唔少串燒店。呢個燒蠔真係不得不推介,老闆娘表示,最近想試搞下新花款,選材方面都係日本蠔為主,期望可以提供一個性價比高嘅價錢比食客識到高品質嘅蠔。蠔既品質的確唔錯,肥美又creamy經老闆娘推薦,點了這個重量級的烤魚。係老闆娘自己研發嘅新菜式,參考左最近好流行嘅酸菜魚製作。遠遠已經聞到好香嘅味道,吸引左唔少啱啱入鋪嘅食客都點左呢款。睇嚟老闆娘對食材嘅質素要求都好高,一啲腥味都冇,肉質鮮嫩,忍唔住叫碗白飯一齊食,推薦!估唔到嚟到新蒲崗舊區都會有一間咁有人情味嘅餐館,睇得出老闆娘都好用心經營餐廳,特別係對食材嘅品質堅持,期待下
