To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 炸雞粒拼單骨雞翼 $88入口有驚喜,口感很香脆,經炸過後雞肉還是嫩滑的,調味很好,帶點香辣,很惹味。~黑胡椒醬烤雞炒意粉 $148鐵pan上好熱, 茶餐廳的炒意粉而已! d雞肉煮得好乾, 而且有雪藏味,很難咬開,。這碟菜很差。~Pepperoni Pizza普普通通的意式辣肉腸和芝士薄餅,不過不失。~照燒和牛牛腿扒配黑松露炒飯 $198飯太乾太硬,雖有黑松露香味,但仍搭救不了這道菜。和牛煮得還可以,不會過熟,算是理想中的熟度。~題外話 題外話:另外放了蛋糕給餐廳,因為要慶祝生日,同服務員講要上蛋糕,叫了3次,等半個鐘先拿蛋糕出來。給了$150切餅費,也不便宜的,要等30分鐘先拎到個蛋糕出來和點蠟燭,服務真係好唔掂
