To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

心血來潮想食壽司，附近得間元氣壽司，無其他選擇。午市套餐得幾款揀，唔係太吸引，但如果散叫壽司又會好貴，唯有是但揀一款啦。餐廳嚴重唔夠人手，午飯時間全店只係得三個員工，已經計埋收銀員！舉手叫左勁耐都未有人得閒落單。呢個午餐set B （$72），等左半個鐘先有得食，賣相好一般，食物都係好一般。件魷魚壽司係咬極都咬唔開，熟蝦淡而無味，甜蛋又凍冰冰。炸蝦卷尚算正常啦，熱烏冬都可以。下次都係去其他地方食，呢到價錢又唔係平，食物又咁差，仲無人服務。

件魷魚壽司係咬極都咬唔開，熟蝦淡而無味，甜蛋又凍冰冰。炸蝦卷尚算正常啦，熱烏冬都可以。

下次都係去其他地方食，呢到價錢又唔係平，食物又咁差，仲無人服務。
