To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Apm元氣係第一間以高速線經營的壽司店。雖然依家已經有不少高速線的元氣，但Apm分店依然都人頭湧湧呢!!!! 好彩有apps可以攞位先，甘就可以邊行街邊等位。極上優惠有秋刀魚，活赤貝同伊佐木。炙燒黑椒秋刀魚，秋刀魚都大條，黑椒味濃郁，而且加上沙律醬炙燒過所以唔會覺得腥，味道都唔錯。伊佐木用上柚子胡椒調味，白肉魚味道偏淡，柚子胡椒嘅角色好重要，為平淡嘅伊佐木帶出味道! 味噌左口魚邊，左口魚邊比較爽口，味噌味道比較重，整體味道唔錯嘅~高速線限定吉列炸蝦!! 炸蝦大大隻，即叫即炸，所以好香脆，好味!!!炙燒牛肉係高速線必食之一，牛肉醬汁甜甜地，好惹味，而且牛肉炙燒後都幾香呢!!! 炙燒系列唔好停，炙燒左口魚邊都好味!!! 左口魚邊炙燒左，入口魚油好香好豐富!!!芥辣八爪魚入口唔會太嗆鼻，八爪魚爽口，紫菜仍脆的~厚燒玉子今次水準比較出色，玉子剛剛整好，熱辣辣的，味道比較甜，玉子好軟熟，好味!!!!
