講到本地特色,又點少得大排檔呢!大排檔嘅人情味、火候鑊氣、親民嘅價錢,絕對係香港人嘅平民飯堂!講到北角嘅大排檔,自然就會諗起以前嘅東寶,而店小二就由一班前東寶嘅伙記打理,除咗供應多款東寶招牌菜之外,更還原昔日嘅熱鬧。麻辣鵪鶉皮蛋麻辣汁嘅辣度適中,將炸過嘅鷹嘴豆同炸蒜撈埋一齊食,醒胃之餘仲有份刺激感,加上香濃嘅鵪鶉皮蛋一齊嚟食,真係回味無窮!黃金魚皮嚟到大排檔,又點少得食黃金魚皮呢!即叫即炸即食嘅黃金魚皮,香味撲鼻,口感香脆,鹹蛋味香濃,絕對係最正嘅佐酒小食。鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉咕嚕肉同甜酸醬汁分開上?但絕對係呢個餸嘅重點,食之前先將咕嚕肉沾一沾醬汁,令咕嚕肉唔會太濕,可以保留咕嚕肉嘅卜卜脆口感,肉質軟腍,外脆內軟,非常惹味,味道層次豐富。荷葉清酒煮澳洲青口嚟自澳洲嘅青口,用上港式嘅煮法。大廚就用上荷葉同清酒呢個組合,令青口帶有荷葉同清酒嘅清香,極具層次。另外,每一粒青口都肉厚鮮甜,食落仲有啖啖嘅海水味。
