今日行開中環,經過見到呢間曾經被選為世界top 50的漢堡包,一於入去試試。當日為平日中午2點,店內都差不多滿座,中午提供lunch menu,價錢$90-$140,有包有薯條及汽水。餐廳採用open kitchen,因鋪頭大細關係,店內座位比較窄當日一行二人叫左2個set: double cheese burger 及 mushroom burger Double cheese burger 雙層芝士漢堡,漢堡扒每日以USDA grade既牛肉打,漢堡扒質地與坊間不同,並無將牛似紋到爛哂,入口食得出一粒粒肉粒及筋粒牛味濃,調味適中,隱約食到胡椒味。包內配料有蕃茄、紫洋蔥、酸瓜及生菜,配以千島醬食中和油膩感。Mushroom burger 為素食包,中間素扒以蘑菇同雜菌打爛後再壓成漢堡狀,再配炸粉炸成素扒。素扒蘑菇味唔太出,但口感香脆,配上配菜同烘香左既包一齊食出奇地夾。另外,值得一讚既係鋪頭既漢堡包係特製,並唔係買現成的,質感鬆軟同較厚。Truffle fries 薯條配上店舖的黑松露茸,松露茸調味較濃咸,配薯條食岩岩好。美中不足的是薯條上菜時有小小凍左(可能影相關係)Tater t
