Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

【瘋癲試食】｜人氣清湯腩又係林小姐帶我搵好嘢食呀😋 今次我地去到天后搵人氣清湯牛腩食😍😍去到當然叫碗人氣清湯蘿蔔牛寶麵($108)試試，牛寶麵用左坑腩 爽腩 崩沙腩 三款腩組成 價錢亦都非常進取 食落牛腩的確係唔錯 但未有食完會「哇」一聲既感覺 湯底係有淡淡既藥材味道 但唔算係太濃郁既感覺 如果以3位數字一碗牛腩麵 我亦會略嫌佢牛腩份量太少 另一碗我地叫左普通既牛腩麵($55)再加兩粒牛丸($20)，尼款牛腩麵反而俾到驚喜我 牛腩熬到非常入味軟腍 牛丸更加係咬落多汁彈牙 係真正既「漿爆牛丸」😂
