To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次寫食評,真的不吐不快。本想趁着蟹季尾,來個大閘蟹放題吃過暢快,卻換來一肚氣。早幾天睇完某youtuber的影片介紹(另一分店),昨晚就來了近屋企的觀塘分店,三人前去結果是三人得到人生中最最最伏的用餐體驗。三人叫左$528(未計服務費)的套餐,先每人每味道叫一隻,等了差不多坐小時,大閘蟹共9隻先上,打開第一隻,全黑發臭,以為自己不好彩,跟手全部打開哂9隻,真的中哂六合彩般,全中(全部臭蟹)。跟手叫待應過來,有幾個待應望到我舉手即轉身行走,最後得一個待應慢條斯里行過來(感覺佢地一早知D蟹質素,知客人實嘈,而費事應付我同佢講,我們中哂六合彩,D蟹全臭,嗰待應不特一句道歉都冇,仲話佢哋都好難做,是供應商問題,不是酒樓問題,仲立即話再蒸多1x隻出來。等了差不多40分鐘,1x隻上枱,我們即時打開,又是全壞發黑發臭,今次我叫經理來,佢居然答我佢衹是打份工,又推落供應商度,仲話即時叫供應商再攞貨來(當時8:45pm,有冇供應商咁夜仲送貨??),我們拒絕並問佢點處理,佢話三人衹收我一人錢,我答佢,我們來吃蟹餐,一粒蟹肉都食不到,點解仲收錢?嗰經理態度即轉差,寸寸貢話: 好喇!你們現在走啦!其間一句
