Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

人生食過最難食嘅艇仔粥

因為新年食太多嘢諗住食得清淡d, 所以特登食餐粥，想食海皇粥店點知執咗笠，所以簡咗e間七喜試吓d粥一入去見個個都叫小菜，我堅持叫粥，點咗個艇仔粥食，都$35㗎個粥一上到嚟大半碗都加咗蝦子粉，我試一啖無粉嘅粥，入口已覺得好咸，d料係好足，但樣樣都好奇怪，可能我見識少我以為係豬皮嘅料食落原來係雪耳，咸食嘅感覺真係好怪，d魚肉顯得刀工好，勁薄，但塊塊都有骨，兩三啖總會咬到薑絲我真係食唔落，食咗十幾啖我放棄咗，而我條脷仲keep住覺得好咸又口渴d侍應見我剩點個粥又黑面，no next time喇
