To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天約了朋友在灣仔吃午飯，網上見到這間餐廳好評如潮，決定一試。我都頗為擔心會否令上班遲到由於網上說要等半小時，朋友先到排隊，我亦在十分鐘後到達。隊伍在平日午飯時間約有20人，店員預先派了餐紙，讓我們預先選擇食物。再等了5分鐘，我們可終於入座了！店員服務殷勤，很快就為我們送上美食！開動了，我點的是招牌三色蛋包飯，由於我麻麻地牛肉，只好點了咖喱豬肉配忌廉雞肉。咖喱偏辣唔算多豬肉而忌廉就幾creamy,相片可見有兩塊雞件，兩者相亙中和，十分惹味。而中間的炒蛋口感嫩滑，但飯就沒有茄汁，乃美中不足。值得一提的是店員服務，當我和朋友準備埋單時店員就問我們要不要分開找錢，真是非常貼心！
