紀錄一人鮨境假期食Omakase Lunch - $1000(13貫)前菜:煮真蠔 壽司- 左口魚 (雖淡但都有陣陣魚味)- 墨魚配竹炭鹽及青檸 (鮮甜爽口)- 針魚配柚子味辣椒 (後帶辣勁;好有中式Feel)- 宮城縣吞拿魚⭐️赤身醬油漬 (魚味濃郁質感柔軟)⭐️中吞 (是日最愛 魚味同油香平衡發揮)⭐️大吞 (我會叫佢做「油份結晶體」,一咬係有爆炸性脂香 但剛好有少少少少筋位,但味道係極好)- 平貝 (係爽口嘅,但紫菜好搶味,變到沒乜味咁)- 車海老 (鮮甜味都出但之前食過的鮨釀同天沢更強)- 真鯛 (條筋太大條了吧🥹)- 池魚 - 金鯛- 北寄貝 (唔夠之前食過的鮨悟好)- 海鰻 (有點失望、淡口但肉帶粗糙 主要係醬汁提味)- 吞拿魚頸手卷 (開心肥肥)- 甜蛋 (Custardy )主要攞分位都係個吞拿魚度,其他都係正常發揮,同埋佢擺吞拿係中間之後其他魚類都偏淡味時,令我有種由天堂落返人間既感覺🌝可能都係我唔識食,係咁收尾🥀
