To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實已經喺OpenRice訂位㗎啦，我都唔係好明點解佢仲係話我係收接待，我都想🥲由於小朋友超級鍾意食片皮鴨，爸爸生日都專登搵間食片皮鴨嘅餐廳同爸爸慶祝生日。呢間餐廳呢已經食過第二次啦，今次喺OpenRice度訂位好簡單，其實你邊諗到平日都係full House，好彩有訂位咋。爸爸就食過好多次，佢話呢間係尖沙咀嚟講呢係保持好好嘅水準啦，咁我哋對上食過一次都覺得好不錯的。所以今次決定encore 🥰我今次試咗佢個二人餐，有頭盤有片皮鴨有嗰個燉鴨湯羹，有炒四季豆，有醬爆蝦球，仲有小籠包同埋甜品埋單都係$800，係幾抵食！仍然要講吓啦，佢個片皮鴨係好高質嘅，個包皮熱辣辣仲有好多配菜俾我哋揀，小朋友仲要食到舔舔脷添，不過呢今次我哋食過鴨湯羹呢就冇之前咁濃味，呢個呢就要complain 下😆不過總括嚟講啦，其實都好好味😛
