因為疫情相信有一段時間唔可以去日本旅行,但係又掛住日本嘅美食。尖沙咀【博多·爐端燒】係專食日本博多嚟嘅美食,師傅亦係當地人,所以非常了解正宗博多地道菜式。先來六款前菜,六款前菜會因應時令而作出不同,所有食材都係根據博多食材入口已決定,所以一定係最好最新鮮。爐端燒有燒生蠔、博多雞翼、粟米、青椒、博多燒豬肉、明太子釀青魚、鹽燒鯛魚、燒魚餅。仲有辛味噌燒飯團同埋梅子燒飯團。每樣都好好味,好有深刻印象,燒蠔超新鮮好有海水味。博多雞翼就係雞肉超嫩滑,而雞皮超薄燒得金黃香脆。鹽燒鯛魚及明太子釀青魚就食得出師傅嘅功夫。燒魚餅同埋博多燒豬肉都好惹味。兩個飯團就燒得好有咬口,外面有少少焦香用紫菜包住嚟食,食到停唔到口。最後甜品係wasabi雪糕同埋紅豆配博多年糕,兩個甜品都唔係有好多地方食得到,而且甜度適中,為呢餐點上完美句號。

先來六款前菜,六款前菜會因應時令而作出不同,所有食材都係根據博多食材入口已決定,所以一定係最好最新鮮。
