To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

潮州打冷一向俾人嘅感覺都係大排檔美食,深得唔少「麻甩」喜歡。不過,事情總有例外的!今日嚟到嘅和昌潮味館就係由嚟自潮州,超過65年餐飲經驗嘅高佬叔二代經營,佢哋一洗潮州大排檔嘅風格,改成以簡約木元素為設計重心,加上刺繡畫同古典色彩屏風攞設,實行打造高質嘅優雅脫俗潮州菜。功夫茶一坐低之後就會送下兩杯功夫茶,就好似歡迎我哋嘅welcome drink。鵝三味潮州滷水汁以醬油同多達二十種藥材同香料,日復日餚製,所以味道非常香濃,馥郁醇厚。呢個鵝三寶就有齊鎮店三寶:鵝肉、鵝肝、鵝腸。三款食物都勁入味,充滿濃濃嘅滷水純厚香味,齒甲留香。鵝肉嘅肉質非常嫩滑,食嘅時候一定要連埋皮一齊食,感受鵝油嘅香滑;至於鵝肝軟滑香濃,入口即溶,帶有甘香感覺;至於鵝腸爽口,勁入口,但就略嫌每條鵝腸都太長,食嘅時候會好論盡。滷水牛面珠牛肉採用澳洲穀飼牛,並以75度慢煮18小時而成,所以肉質非常嫩滑,肉味香濃。潮汕煎蠔烙講到食潮州嘢,我就最鍾意食蠔餅,呢個潮汕煎蠔烙嘅份量超多,食嘅時候好有口感!首先蛋邊非常香脆,用上鴨蛋包往肥厚嘅鮮甜蠔仔,真係啖啖都充滿蠔仔嘅滿足感。老橄欖燉螺頭湯湯色清徹,但非常足料,入口嘅時候非常清甜
