To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到menu的食物帶點fusion風，加上食物的presentation 都同樣有別傳統英式的afternoon tea，都吸引我去一於約姊妹去試試～環境：地方不大，但有落地玻璃自然光同獅子山與火車路軌的美景，餐廳寧靜舒適～食物：除了食物賣相有gimmick，食物質素非常之高，喜歡在Menu上的食物排序有心思，跟住佢的排序食唔會感覺飽滯。尤其喜歡所有鹹點同石獅子造型的黑芝麻慕絲蛋糕😋。黑芝麻慕絲蛋糕內有流心黑芝麻醬同朱古力脆脆脆，甜而不膩，令人念念不忘。為咗呢隻石獅子，我隔一個星期再約另一個姊妹再encore呢一個tea set!😆
