平時食得多日本野,刺身、壽司、拉麵等,有時都想轉換下口味,今日入到東涌就試下啲潮州菜帶比味蕾新刺激。餐廳裝修同環境都算舒服,食物又唔差!前菜上左兩碟小食,分別係咸菜同蓮藕。蓮藕有驚喜,有別於一般爽口嘅形象,食落少少似糖冬瓜,令人好深印象。我地先叫左半隻潮州咸雞花生,雞味十足又嫩滑。我自己想食好耐嘅半煎煮馬友魚終於食到啦!平時食到嘅馬友多數都係煎或蒸。今次半煎煮令我有驚喜,一嚟煎過令魚嘅油份滲出,表皮焦脆,令味道豐富。再用湯煮嘅時候保持魚嘅鮮味,配埋麵豉、白菜仔等配菜,好食到停唔到口。食完魚再食道和味橙香排骨,同之前食過嘅香橙骨唔太同,佢地橙味可以用撲鼻而來黎形容。骨頭唔算大,肉嘅比例多,味道酸甜,好開胃。仲叫埋潮州菜唔少得嘅鮮蠔仔泡粥,食到蠔仔嘅鮮味之餘,同時又飽肚嘅感覺。我地更撈埋馬友魚嘅魚汁嚟個crossover,係成功嘅,又提鮮了。最後當然要叫返個甜品收尾。我個人本身愛食紅棗糕,而呢個蓮子棗皇糕食落有啲似馬蹄糕,裏面一粒粒嘅蓮子有咬口,紅棗味道突出,值得一試。
