To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

令人失望 食物同服務質素有待改善

今日，我同我朋友喺旺角行街，行到肚餓想搵嘢食。見到附近間雲貴香最近裝修收開笛，我哋決定試一試。上到一樓，人唔算多，唔需要等位。我點左涼拌米線，再加腩肉同埋三色丸，另外加杯豆漿同埋一碟通菜。食物水準下降，同其他分店比，呢間雲貴香食物質素明顯較差，配料份量不足，米線嘅面身唔夠香滑，唔算入味，真係有啲令我失望。碟通菜食落好生，加上如果唔係有醬料，應該好淡好難入口。喺環境方面，裝修完比之前有格調，不過人手唔足，全場幾十個客，得三個員工係樓面幫手，佢哋忙到不可開交，我哋落單都要等好耐，而等食物黎都等左勁耐，大概要15分鐘啲食物先嚟到！原本諗住好快食完就返屋企，點知食咗成九個字，希望餐廳改善服務質素。
