To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 國金軒- 尖沙咀美麗華 近排中左好多個伏,係時候要去食番d穩陣野!這裡是曾經的飯堂,都半年無黎過,依然係保持水準。 脆皮燒腩仔,腩仔皮脆肉嫩,完全唔油膩蜜餞义燒皇,义燒肉香亦嫩,肉質彈牙有質感桂花糖脆鱔球,外脆內嫩,甜香恰度好處 黑松露蟹籽元貝皇,元貝雖然唔係話好鮮甜,但其他蟹籽將佢鮮味層次提升左。 椰皇竹笙燉鮮鮑,椰香四溢!鮑魚稔亦鮮,竹笙吸哂椰香湯後入口感覺五臟六腑都滋潤哂! 棗皇糕,非常足料!難得嘅糕!絕對唔係坊間似膠果種添加味嘅彈彈糕,放落碟度即時睇到佢痴住嘅棗蓉。從味道至口感都做得非常全面! 蛋白燉鮮奶,香、滑、味濃~口感細膩,碗底有荔枝果肉,將食燉蛋嘅飽滯感完全化解哂!非常滿意嘅一餐。食到好味心情真係好正!期待再次食。
