Restaurant: 復興粥麵專家
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過鮮蝦雲吞喇！今晚細妹放工，特登去咗呢間店買咗一碗俾我，話係好嘢咁話！打開蓋，好靚！撈起一粒，脹卜卜，圓碌碌！咬落去，嘩！全部都係蝦，一啲肥豬肉都冇！爽口彈牙，新鮮味美，令我即時回想起細個時，肥媽帶我去荃灣一間叫「津味雲吞麵」嘅店食嘅脹卜卜鮮蝦雲吞！雖然呢間店嘅雲吞冇以前津味食到嘅咁巨型，但同樣算大粒，實在令我忍唔住一啖接一啖，一粒接一粒，好快全碗KO哂！唯一有少少地方值得改善嘅係啲湯比較油，拌碗生菜比較少，如果改善埋呢兩樣，呢碗雲吞，值4.5/5分！宜家就4.3/5分！衷心多謝細妹，成日請好嘢我食，令身心俱疲嘅我，肥膏越嚟越多！阿門～
