成日經過銅鑼灣望到都已經好想試，未有得去日本食可以過住口癮先！我哋2個人叫左特選會席套餐，感覺上最豐富🤩前菜：松葉蟹肉三文鱼料沙律沙律食得出係真蟹肉唔係用蟹柳嚟Hea你🤭蟹肉多士配鵝肝2樣野都極濃味，蟹肉唔少，再加上蟹膏好好食季節刺身3點非常新鮮！拖落入口即溶，油甘魚爽脆肥美牡丹蝦非常鮮甜黑魚子海膽蟹肉蒸蛋蒸蛋夠滑嫩，味道豐富，海膽偏淡但有甜味毛蟹拆好晒肉非常貼心，上面放咗酸醋啫喱同蟹籽增加口感，連埋蟹膏一齊食蟹味更加濃烈松葉蟹甲羅焼仲有隻小蟹鉗插喺入面好得意，拆埋肉撈埋入去食令蟹肉增倍！浜焼鱈場蟹大滿足！比毛蟹甜勁多，啖啖肉，加埋燒過嘅味道更香魚湯食到最後飲個湯好暖胃好舒服松葉蟹雑炊唔算好鮮甜但勝在份量頗多，每人食到2碗之餘仲有幾隻蟹腳食甜品: 抹茶欮餅、桃味啫喱
