Anniversary嘅celebration,點都要搵返間浪漫而獨特嘅餐廳,食次我地揀左一間位於銅鑼灣,望到海景嘅餐廳。每人叫左一個set dinner,首先上嘅appetiser係cheese & ham嘅配搭,配以餐包,兩種味道嘅餐包一甜一咸,胃口大開。愛食海鮮嘅我地當然要試試Pan-seared Hokkaido Scallop with Sweet Corn Puree & Lettuce。北海道嘅帶子真係無得輸,又大又鮮甜,菜式仲有honey foam,味道balanced,整體清新而不平淡。另一海鮮Roasted Botan Ebi with Salmon Roe & Seaweed。牡丹蝦大隻爽甜,配上三文魚籽同脆海苔,豐富嘅大海味道。值得一提係附上嘅檸檬鹽,味道特別!伴以edible flowers嘅Uji Matcha Pork Bone Broths with Seafood。餐廳會喺你面前倒湯,確保夠熱。宇治綠茶同豬骨煮成嘅湯真係第一次試,整體感覺豬骨味道十分濃郁,海鮮亦新鮮美味,高水準之作。Daily Catch Grouper亦係另一款海鮮,煎魚同炸蝦配以雜

主菜時間,第一款係Pan-seared Prime U.S.D.A Sirloin Steak。Sirloin Steak pan-seared過後再用蘋果木燒,香味俱全,味道亦有所不同,顏色粉嫩。

埋單嘅時候發現原來餐廳有做event/gathering/cocktail party嘅service,包場嘅話價錢都幾抵。食物質素高,服務態度好,大讚!
