雖然舊曆新年已經過左,朋友們相約團拜,他話今餐要食豪尐,全年都有Luck 😂餐廳雖然細細間,放左兩張吧枱,可以容納十多人,亦可以近距離看到師傅表演黑松露茶碗蒸,一點點金箔,非常吸精碗蛋入口滑溜,而黑松露香慢慢滲出,好味道岩手縣石蠔,大隻又厚身,新鮮爽甜,有口感,加左柚子及酸汁,更為惹味鱆紅魚表面微微燒過,炭香味濃,原來慢慢細嚼,魚味更濃海膽帆立貝,帆立貝原來炸過,香脆美味,加夾鮮味海膽一齊食,一冷一熱,口感好奇妙炭燒黑松露竹纖魚,用左炭燒方法,將魚油迫哂出來,口感豐富又唔膩鮑魚一尐都唔靭,咬落幼嫩多汁,比起刺身鮑魚,味道更為鮮甜,蘸了鮑魚肝醬汁,又是另一種鮮味將壽司飯和醬汁混在一起進食,一試難忘,十分惹味由於用左吞拿魚鮫魚肉製成,咬落外面香脆,而入面魚肉非常幼滑好想encore滿滿海膽杯,新鮮甜美大大啖入口,好満足魚湯稠身,鮮味十足店員為哈密瓜噴上whiskey, 甜味加埋酒香,非常夾今晚大家既盡興又滿足
