To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

某晚我同男朋友去呢間餐廳食野，當時只有零星嘅食客。我們點了雪菜肉絲炒年糕同醉雞菜飯，到了上菜時（當時即刻用手機拍低），醉雞菜飯同圖片完全唔同，份量少好多，而且係零碎嘅雞件。當問返員工原因時，態度極無禮貌，對住我們皺眉頭兼唔出聲望住經理。點知連經理都係西口西面，一句「圖片只供參考」就當解決。最令食客難受係，轉頭經理同廚房細聲講大聲笑，不斷對住我地坐嘅方向指指點點。呢間餐廳食物質素已經名過其實，咁樣嘅服務態度更令人髮指。我唔明白，點解可以有咁多好評，極度懷疑係打手所為。總括而言，以。後。唔。會。再。幫。襯！
