To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚餐去左德福茶木食，呢間門面已經擺左唔少台式茶飲設備。剛好見到有二人餐，就同朋友一齊試試佢。分食單一菜式揀左金米香茶脆脆骨。黑色一塊塊嘅唔係紫菜，而係茶葉。排骨嘅肉較乾身，一絲一絲，面頭仲有充足蜜香，係我喜歡嘅類型。蔥椒伴碟凌亂，美感欠奉，金米同本身較乾身嘅肉骨亦不和諧，不過整體味道吸引。主菜方面，我同朋友都揀左茶香三文魚湯漬飯。二人枱根本放唔曬食物，有啲逼🙈講返個湯漬飯，配有櫻花蝦、鰹魚片、脆米，口感同香味都好豐富，三文魚煎得好香，但略為偏咸，茶香未見，湯味濃郁，飯亦唔會太爛太濕，整體黎講真係幾香、味道唔錯。至於杯餐飲嘅茶就真係偏淡，令人有啲失望。
