To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到咁多好評💛有日過銅鑼灣特登去試下。希雲街有好多特式小店選擇，萬一食唔到都可以食其他～行緊去果陣馬路邊都有一間食poke bowl既！（唔好去錯阿）果間鋪頭細啲同埋似係外國人開既。大概兩點幾去到過左飯點，門口貼左張紙話是日三文魚已經售罄。鋪頭唔算大，可以坐高bar枱或者四人枱，大概容納到廿幾人。填好左食咩自己去counter比錢，餐具同水都係自己拎。廢事諗揀左tuna poke bowl($88), 如果想自選貴多$10。但個底都要自己揀，因為唔想食咁多飯所以揀左珍珠糙飯+沙律菜。由於係即叫即整，都要等一陣不過都好快。材料係有吞拿魚，紫洋蔥，蟹籽，鰹魚醬油，糙飯，沙律菜。not to be offended, 魚有魚味，菜有菜味，係新鮮同健康嘅食材，但就唔係話好特別，畢竟只係mix and match, 無任何烹調技巧。所以以依個價錢黎計，我覺得貴左啲😿。份量都夠飽的。支持主要因為小店嘅誠意同支持香港人
