踏入雞年不到兩週,天文台即發出預告提示週四氣溫將急降至近十度,大肥爸爸見狀,即提議一家四口去打邊爐。礙於肥肥家族常幫襯嗰家X記一早已被訂滿,XO仔最終就決定去試剛於銅鑼灣食廈「V Point」開設分店o既「酒鍋」。餐店位於「拉麵街」,交通方便,小肥由公司行去都只需五分鐘,地點相當就腳。因入黑前已到,到步時室內環境都仲好光猛。散座中,以中央o既梳化式卡位最闊落舒適。近窗o既四人枱可從二十七樓觀賞香港o既景色,亦有其可取之處。埋位一刻,接待姐姐已告知因餐廳當晚滿座,為怕第二輪o既客人久等,煩請八點半交枱。為爭取時間烚吓烚吓,細佬就襯家人未到先點好湯底及幾味拼盤配料。餐牌所示,客人原來可自帶海鮮及酒品,前者每斤收取$200,後者則每枝$200。食物上枱前,溫婉友善o既哥哥仔先呈上混醬錦盒十二式加豉油一茶壺,埋單先知收費每位$22。配埋桌上o既紅色紙巾盒,感覺中國風味濃厚。可能只有小弟一人於六點前抵達並落單,個酒鍋湯底好快就準備好。飛禽走獸 – 花雕醉雞鍋($128):以大盆承載o既花雕醉雞鍋外表清澈,毫不油膩,上枱時已傳出濃濃o既藥材及花雕香。鍋料o既醉雞分開上,証明真材實料。浸過花雕o既雞
