To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夏天恐怕真到了!一額頭的汗水,不分路線的滴下爬滿面龐。和朋友躲進了冷氣間,隔絕了驕陽的洗禮,這是個寧靜愜意的星期四下午。小店開在熱閙街區的邊上,堂食人流不多,更多的是外賣。與朋友開心share了一個二人餐($138),包括一隻燒雞、薯仔、粟米、雜菜、兩客飯和兩杯飲品,陣容鼎盛;列隊整齊,食物都放在那些杯非杯;碗非碗的器皿內,不很環保,低聲為地球叫屈!「乜咁㗎....」!這套餐真是抵食!兩個人各分了半只雞,熱騰騰的它容易解構,塑膠刀輕輕一划,皮肉馬上分離,味道很好,建議別淋醬汁,雞肉已經足夠咸。朋友吃油飯,我則挑了蘑菇飯,賣相和味道都是後者較佳,不及肯德基;卻也不俗,只是蘑菇汁份量太少太摳門,不夠拌飯。三小碗/杯中,薯仔最好,有7-8块,吃完已飽了九成;雜菜擺盤比較潦草,是不經意之作;粟米最一般。飲品可樂正常;冷泡茶很不錯。
