Restaurant: 天后站清湯腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同友人第一次行康城嘅新商場，睇戲、溜冰、買嘢、食嘢乜都有齊，今晚就搵咗間牛腩麵醫肚呢間雖則叫天后站清湯腩，但就係康城站食到，幾搞嘢揀咗兩個麵同淨雲吞清湯爽腩幼麵$55-原本諗住嗌崩沙腩，但晚上7點度嘅時間已經賣晒！睇嚟生意唔錯，最後轉咗爽腩，肉質爽彈唔痴牙，都唔錯喎！幼麵夠彈滑，配上清清地嘅湯剛好牛三寶擔擔麵$65-估唔到除咗清湯基本款外，仲有擔擔麵！湯底唔辣，麵身硬度適中。材料方面牛腩、牛肚、牛筋有齊好足料，牛腩比起爽腩冇咁爽，但都好腍，牛肚好爽有口感，牛筋超腍骨膠原充足淨鮮蝦雲吞$43-大大粒蝦味夠重，正！
