To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 明爐海鮮豆腐用中碗盛裝食物,放在燒著的小火上,好像打邊爐般滾燙。2隻中蝦、4件石斑肉和2件魷魚,没有雪味,入口味覺新鮮,石斑不是那種外層炸至脆硬,是輕輕撲上一層粉才炸,盤底有菜和炸豆腐,可惜汁吃不出是什麼味。另一款是明爐頭抽走地雞,雞滑、豉油香,汁面有一層油,明顯是雞油溶化出來,雞肉因而没有肥膏。爵士牛扒肉質滑,用梳打粉醃不出其,淋上很香的黑椒汁在極熱的鐵板上,汁烟四起,引來很多目光。薑汁檸樂,薑味不重。杞子花旗芯籚薈蜜,不太甜,很多花旗芯,不錯。給我點火燒爐的呀姐見我靜默地望著食物 (其實我是在等候所有食物上枱才開始吃),提我不是打邊爐,不用等它滾起。吃完後,她走來收拾枱上東西時說了2次多謝,笑容可掬。一向對大家樂印象不錯,久不久有新野出。
